These terms apply when you use SpotTheTurf (the “service”), operated by NH47 Arena, NH47 Arena, Arcot, Ranipet District, Tamil Nadu 632503, India. By booking or creating an account you agree to them.

The service

The service lets you find sports turfs and book time slots online. Some turfs are run by NH47 Arena and others by independent turf owners who list on the service. The turf owner is responsible for the facility, its rules and the safety of players on site.

Bookings and payment

  • Prices are shown in Indian rupees, per slot, before you pay. A small convenience fee per online booking is shown separately.
  • A slot is held for 5 minutes while you pay. The booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds.
  • Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We do not see or store your card or UPI details.
  • Some turfs allow paying a deposit online and the rest at the counter; this is shown at checkout.

At the turf

  • Arrive on time; slots end at the booked time so the next group can start.
  • Follow the turf's rules on footwear, behaviour and equipment.
  • You are responsible for damage you cause to the facility.
  • Playing sport carries a risk of injury. Play within your ability.

Your account

Give a correct name and mobile number so the turf can identify your booking. Do not misuse the service, make fake bookings or try to interfere with it. We may cancel bookings or block accounts that do.

Turf owners

Owners who list a turf agree to keep their prices, hours and availability accurate, honour confirmed bookings, and accept the commission and payout terms shown at sign-up.

Liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Vellore / Ranipet, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
